Il y a presque un an, Twitter annonçait le basculement de toute son infrastructure en HTTPS et Facebook annonçait qu’il comptait le faire rapidement. C’est hier que le géant des réseaux sociaux a officiellement commencé son basculement en commençant par son infrastructure nord américaine :
As announced last year, we are moving to HTTPS for all users. This week, we’re starting to roll out HTTPS for all North America users, and we will soon be rolling out to the rest of the world.
Voilà donc une bonne nouvelle pour tous ceux inquiets de leur sécurité sur Internet. Attention, le chiffrement en SSL peut occasionner quelques ralentissements !
